Lobster Pot

Lobster Pot is a beautifully restored island stone barn. Set in a wonderful location on the south coast of the Island, minutes from the sea and a short stroll along the coast to Ventnor.

The barn is one of three sitting in an attractive open courtyard. Lobster Pot has been sympathetically converted, preserving many original features including the exposed beams, and is furnished and equipped to a high standard.

The living space includes a dining area and a fitted kitchen, and there are also two bedrooms - one double and one twin - with an additional z-bed if required, providing sleeping for up to five people. French doors lead from the sitting room to the patio area with wonderful sea views.

The coastal footpath is only 5-10 minute walk away and leads to a number of small coves with secluded beaches. The coastal footpath also runs alongside the neighbouring Botanical Gardens and from there, a visit to Steephill Cove just below is well worth it. There are plenty of play areas on-site play besides the barns with swing, slides and a basketball hoop as well as indoor play barns with table tennis, table football and darts. There is also a large play field below the barns with pitch and putt and football goals, picnic tables and plenty of running around space.
